I'd like to say I'm a high desert drifter, but as a wife and a homeschooling mom of two, "drifting" just doesn't happen.

I was born and raised in the greatest little place in Northeastern Nevada. to this land, I owe my love for sagebrush, wild roses, and all that inspires me. I once thought I would pursue a degree in range science or natural resources.

instead, I met the greatest guy, marriage and babies happened, and priorities changed drastically.

My silversmithing hobby started on a small ranch in Eureka County (NV) where my husband was cowboying. I helped whenever my husband needed a hand, but I was not an employee. We had just had a new baby before moving to the ranch, and like anyone we could use extra income. Town was too far to feesibly commute for a job. I have always loved to make things, and I had a great idea. This was the start of my Silver Sagebrush. Through trial and error, and with time I learned little by little and continue to learn. I still have big dreams for my skill and business.

My husband and I have bounced our kids around throughout Nevada and Southern Idaho, and now reside in Elko, Nevada. I love to travel to trade shows and craft shows all over. I have made many great friends and acquaintances doing so. My business has taken me many places, and I am grateful for everyone who appreciates what I do and has helped me along the way.

If there is a show you'd like to see me at, send me a chat and let me know!
